Provision of Information to Third Parties

We will not deposit or provide the customers' personal information to a third party, except when we receive the customer's consent or receive a request with legal obligation from the judicial or administrative organizations based on the law. In case we disclose, deposit or provide the personal information to a third party, we will make an arrangement with respect to the protection of the personal information with the third party and make every effort to protect the personal information even if we have acquired the customers' consent.

In-house Management of Personal Information

We will strive to protect personal information by establishing corporate rules and in-house management system, educating the employees, taking proper measures for the prevention of unauthorized access, loss, breakage, tampering and leak of the personal information, and continuously reviewing them in order to handle the customers' personal information appropriately.

Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use and Deletion of Personal Information

We will take necessary actions immediately within a reasonable range when we receive a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of the customers' personal information.

Management Policy and Announcement

We will improve the Privacy Policy, in-house rules and management policy of the protection of the personal information in response to the changes in laws and the social environment.
We will also publish the Privacy Policy as viewable for the customers by posting it on our website.
